CHICAGO, August 1st POINTING ACCUSING FINGER Larry Epstein, right, points a finger at Lawrence Neumann, left, at detective bureau today. Neumann, 28, was captured in an alley on the near west side, and police said, he admitted the three shotgun killings; for which he has been hunter for nearly two months. Lt. James McMahen said Neumann gave an oral statement that he killed two men and a woman on June 8, one of the victims being Epstein’s bother.
