Larry Neumann was convicted of a triple murder of Max Epstein, Lois Gates, and John Keller in 1957. Neumann’s Attorney Herbert Barsy notes his client throws himself at the mercy of the court. He states that Neumann was a victim of drinking too much. If on May 8th, 1956 Max and Mickey Epstein did not beat Neumann over a dispute that day the triple murders would not have happened. An incident that Larry Neumann thought that he was short changed by the Epstein brothers at their tavern the Miracle Bar.
